Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Chicken Breasts Time: 35 – 45 Minutes
Baking Crustless Quiche Time: 45 – 50 Minutes
9.5 Inch Pie Plate or Similar Size

Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Crustless Quiche Ingredients: 

3 Small Chicken Breasts (or 2 Big Chicken Breasts) 
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
1 Tablespoon Fresh Minced Garlic (about 1 Clove)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
2 Cups Unthawed Frozen Broccoli (you can also use Fresh Broccoli)
8 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Tablespoon Real Butter (this is for Greasing the Pan)

Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Crustless Quiche Instructions:

1. First you will need a Oven safe Pan, Put the whole Chicken Breasts in the Pan. Next, in a Bowl, add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Minced Garlic, Salt and Ground Black Pepper. Mix up the Ingredients and then Pour it over the Chicken Breasts. PreHeat the Oven at 350 Degrees F. Roast Chicken Breasts for 35 – 45 Minutes.

2. After the Chicken Breasts are done, take them out of the Oven and let cool about 5 Minutes. Now cut up the Chicken Breasts in to Slices and put them back in the Pan. Stir the Chicken Slices around to coat the outside with the leftover Marinade from the Pan. Set aside for next Step!

3. Now in a 9.5 Inch Pie Pan or similar Pan, Butter the entire Pan. Then add the Unthawed uncooked Broccoli to the Buttered Pan. Next add the Roasted Sliced Chicken Breasts on top of the Broccoli, Don’t mix. Set aside for Next Step!

4. In a Bowl, Mix up all the Eggs really well, add the Milk and Mix. Pour the Egg Mixture over the Pan of Chicken Breasts Slices and Broccoli. Shake the Pan a little to make sure the Egg Mixture gets in Between all the Chicken and Broccoli. Then Sprinkle all the Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese over the top. (Use your favorite Cheddar!)

5. PreHeat the Oven at 350 Degrees F. Bake for 45 – 50 Minutes. The Quiche is done when the Middle is Solid and Not Liquid and the Top has Browning. After the Quiche is Done, Take out and let Cool and Set before Cutting!
