Oven Temperature For Chicken Fajita: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 20 Minutes
Oven Temperature for Frittata: 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Baking Time: 30 Minutes
Chicken Fajita Frittata Ingredients:
2 Boneless Chicken Thighs or Breasts
2 Green Bell Peppers
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 cloves)
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
6 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
Chicken Fajita Frittata Instructions:
1. First, You will need to prepare the Fajita Chicken and Vegetables. Cut the Boneless Chicken in to Slices and put them on a Baking Sheet. Next slice up the Green Bell Peppers and put them on the Baking Sheet.
2. Next, Add Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt and Ground Black Pepper to the Baking Sheet of Chicken and Bell Peppers. Mix up all the ingredients really well and Spread the Chicken and Vegetables evenly on the Baking Sheet. Marinate for 20 Minutes.
3. PreHeat Oven at 400 Degrees F. Roast the Fajita Chicken and Bell Peppers for 20 Minutes. When Done Take out of the Oven and let cool for about 10 Minutes. Next, you will need a Round Pie Dish, Put all the Roasted Fajita Meat and Bell Peppers in the Pan and spread around evenly. In a Bowl, Mix up the Eggs and Milk and poor over the Fajita Mixture. Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese on Top.
4. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Bake the Chicken Fajita Frittata for 30 Minutes or until the Egg Mixture is done. Take out and let the Frittata set before Cutting.
