In this Mashed Potato Recipe, we leave the Red Potato Skin On and Mash them up with Butter, Sour Cream and Fresh Minced Garlic! Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Stove Top Temperature: Bring to Boil then Simmer

Creamy Mashed Sour Cream Red Potatoes Ingredients:

3 Pounds Petite Red Potatoes unpeeled (about 9 – 10 Big Red Potatoes)
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 cloves)
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Creamy Mashed Sour Cream Red Potatoes Instructions:

1. First thing to do, is to prepare the Red Potatoes. Cut the Potatoes in to 1/2 inch Cubes. Then put them in a Pan and Fill with Water just above the Potatoes, Add Salt. Bring the Potatoes to a Boil, then Simmer until Soft, about 30 Minutes. Drain the Potatoes when done and Put them Back in the Pan.

2. Next, Add Butter, Sour Cream, Fresh Minced Garlic and Ground Black Pepper. Do Not Let the Potatoes Cool before adding Ingredients!

3. Now with a Potato Masher, Start Mashing all the Ingredients until Creamy. Once you have Mashed the Red Potatoes and Ingredients, Use a Big Spoon to Whip the Mashed Red Potatoes to make sure Most of the Potato Lumps are out. Ready to Serve!
