Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Baking Time: 45 – 50 Minutes
Makes 20 Meatballs

Fajita Meatballs Ingredients:
2 Pounds Ground Turkey (or Ground Chicken or Beef)
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 4 cloves)
1 Small Green Bell Pepper Chopped
1 Small Onion Chopped
3 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for Baking Sheet)
Fajita Meatballs Instructions:
1. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Next, you will need a Baking Sheet with 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil Covering Bottom of the Pan. Now, You will need a Bowl, Add Ground Turkey, Fresh Minced Garlic, Chopped Green Bell Pepper, Chopped Onion, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt and Ground Black Pepper. 
2. Next, Mix up all the Meatball Ingredients. Then, Form 20 Meatballs and place them on the Baking Sheet with Olive Oil. 
3. In the Preheated Oven, Put the Meatballs in, Bake for 30 Minutes then Flip the Meatballs over and Bake for another 15 – 20 Minutes. Take out and let cool for 5 Minutes before Serving.
