We like Stuffed Bell Peppers and we have come up with many different ways of Cooking with them! Meatloaf is a quick Easy Home-cooked Meal that is filling and can be made with many different Ingredients. We decided to experiment by putting the Taco Turkey Meatloaf in the Bell Pepper and Baking it! This created a whole new way to enjoy Meatloaf! Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Baking Time: 45 - 55 Minutes 
Melting Cheese on Top: 10 - 15 Minutes (Depends how you like your Cheese, we Love Crispy Cheese!)

Taco Turkey Meatloaf Stuffed Bell Peppers Ingredients:

Green Bell Peppers
Ground Turkey
Eggs
Fresh Minced Garlic (About 4 Cloves)
Ground Cumin
Chili Powder
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Whole Oats Oatmeal
Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (You can put More or Less Cheese, Depends on your Taste!)
