TruGreen Aeration Not Good For New Sod, Kinda Ripped It Up

Our yard is doing great and we are really hoping this Aeration from TruGreen will help. If you have new sod this may have to wait, our sod was a month old and it still got tore up. They were on a ride on Aerator and when it turned, it had like a dozer action on the ground ripping up the new sod we installed in an earlier video. A manager did come out but it seemed more like lip service than anything else, the manager also said that I can't record their trucks our people. Every interview or recording of people before was with their verbal consent, but TruGreen corporate wants to be in charge of the narrative and they don't like amateur reviews like this.
