Portabella Steaks have a Meaty texture when Roasted! We like to Marinate these with Sweet Balsamic Vinegar with Fresh Garlic then Oven Roasted. These are so Delicious served as a Steak Vegetarian Meal, Vegetable Hamburgers or Sliced up to add to Pastas, Salads or a Side Dish!
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 20 - 25 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 20 Minutes
Roasted Balsamic Portabella Steaks Ingredients:
4 Big Portabella Caps
3/4 Cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
