Life On A Boat Ain't Always Fun | Ep 24

Everything on a boat takes longer! We are out of water, and to fill our tanks on anchor is a pain. Well it has become a little easier since we got a 30 gallon water bladder. Still to fill our tanks on our boat totaling 150 gallons, takes 5 hours, but still so much easier than water jugs. Also easier than moving the boat to the dock, especially since the docks where are aren't deep enough. Have left links for this water transport system below. Now we have to take care of our engine temperature issue. The boat engine has a raw water heat exchanger, these have to be cleaned. To do this we picked up some Barnacle Buster, we had a pump with hoses, and the fitting that came with our water bladder. Once done with the Barnacle flush, we replaced the Impeller, it was definitely time for that. Now that most of the dirty jobs are done, time for laundry. While our washing machine we have on our boat is small, much better than a bucket. Also since powers an issue, as you can tell in the video, this machine doesn't use much power.
