Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 10 – 15 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit 
Roasting Time: 45 – 50 Minutes (this includes Flipping the Chicken Over 2 Times)

Roasted Asian Chicken Leg Quarters Ingredients:

4 – 6 Chicken Leg Quarters Skin On (4 Large or 6 Medium)
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic ( about 2 Cloves)
1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger Powdered
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Roasted Asian Chicken Leg Quarters Instructions:

1. First, you will need a Baking Sheet lined with Parchment Paper. Arrange the Chicken Leg Quarters Evenly on the Baking Sheets, Skin Side Up!

In a Bowl, Add Soy Sauce, Balsamic Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Fresh Minced Garlic, Ground Ginger Powder, Ground Black Pepper and Salt. Mix up the Marinade.

Now, Brush each Chicken Leg Quarter with half the Marinade, Top Only. Save the rest of the Marinade for next step. Let the Chicken Marinate for 10 – 15 Minutes!

2. PreHeat Oven at 400 Degrees F. Roast the Chicken Leg Quarters in the Oven for 25 Minutes. Take them out of the Oven, Flip the Chicken Over and Brush each one with the rest of the Marinade, Put the Chicken back in the Oven, Roast for 10 – 15 Minutes.

Take the Chicken out of the Oven, Flip them over, so Skin is on top again. Put the Chicken back in the oven, Roast the Chicken for 10 more Minutes. When Done, Take the Chicken out of the Oven and let rest for a Few minutes before Serving!
