Roasted Balsamic Chicken Leg Quarters Ingredients:

5 Chicken Leg Quarters Skin On
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 Cloves)
5 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Roasted Balsamic Chicken Leg Quarters Instructions:

1. First thing to do, put 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Fresh Minced Garlic on the Baking Sheet. Mix it around to coat the bottom of the Pan. Now Arrange the Skin On Chicken Leg Quarters on top of the Olive Oil and Garlic on the Pan, Making sure not to Overlap the Chicken.

TIP: We Put the Fresh Garlic on the Bottom of the Pan with Olive Oil so the Garlic does Not Burn on Top of the Skin!

2. Next You will Need a Bowl, Now add 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Ground Cumin, Salt and Ground Black Pepper. Mix the Marinade up and then Pour it over all the Chicken Leg Quarters. Let this sit and Marinate for about 20!

3. PreHeat Oven at 400 Degrees F. Now Roast the Chicken Leg Quarters for 50 Minutes to an Hour. No Need to Turn the Chicken Over. When the Chicken is Tender and Almost Falling Off the Bone and the Skin is Dark and Crispy, then the Chicken is Ready to Come out of the Oven!

TIP: If you think the Skin is Getting to Dark, you can loosely put Foil over the Top of the Chicken in the last 10 – 15 Minutes of Roasting!
