Roasted Broccoli Sausage Pasta is made with Roasted Chicken Sausage and Seasoned Roasted Broccoli and then tossed with Spaghetti Pasta!

Pasta is a regular in our house, we like to create all different types and this one is so Light and loaded with Roasted Sausage and Broccoli! Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
Oven Roasting Time: 40 Minutes (for Broccoli and Sausage)
Serves 4 – 6

Roasted Broccoli Sausage Pasta Ingredients: 

16 Ounces Spaghetti Pasta
5 Chicken Sausages
4 Cups Broccoli Frozen or Fresh
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Roasted Broccoli Sausage Pasta Instructions:

1. First, you will need a Baking Sheet. Add the Unthawed and Cut up Broccoli, 4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Minced Garlic, Salt and Ground Black Pepper to the Pan. Mix up the Broccoli Ingredients and Spread evenly to one side of the Baking Sheet. Then put the 5 Sausages on the other side of the Pan.

2. PreHeat Oven at 375 Degrees F. Roast the Sausage and Broccoli for 30 Minutes. Then Flip the Sausages over and Roast for another 10 Minutes. While the Sausage and Broccoli are Roasting, this is a good time to cook the Pasta. Cook Spaghetti Pasta according to the Instructions on the Package.

3. When the Pasta is done, Drain and put in a Pan that you can stir in. Next, when Sausages and Broccoli are done, Slice up the Sausages in to coins about 1/4 – 1/2 inch thickness. Then put them back on the Baking Sheet and mix with the Broccoli. Now, Add 1/4 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the Pasta, along with the Sausage and Broccoli. Mix up all the Ingredients in the Pan. Add Salt to Taste, we don’t think it needs it.
