Broccoli is one of our Favorite Vegetables! We love them as a Side, or in Pastas and Rice Casseroles. Roasting them has become the only way we eat our Vegetables, Because it adds so much Flavor and the Texture is not Mushy! No Boiled Vegetables on our Table! Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
Oven Roasting Time: 30 (20 Minutes for Broccoli, 10 more Minutes for Melting Cheese)

Roasted Cheesy Garlic Broccoli Ingredients:
6 Cups Broccoli (you can use Fresh or Unthawed Frozen Broccoli)
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Roasted Cheesy Garlic Broccoli Instructions:
1. First thing you will need, is a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper (if you have a Nonstick Baking Sheet, you might not need Parchment Paper). Next add Broccoli, Olive Oil, Fresh Minced Garlic, Salt and Black Pepper. Now Mix up all the Ingredients and then evenly Spread all the Broccoli on the Baking Sheet.
2. PreHeat oven at 375 Degrees F. Roast the Broccoli for 20 Minutes. You want the Broccoli to be a little Roasted but not Mushy. Take out of the Oven and let sit for a few Minutes. 
3. Now Sprinkle all the Cheddar Cheese on top of the Roasted Broccoli. We like to use Parchment paper because the Cheese will not stick and it becomes Crispy. Roast in the Oven at 375 Degrees F. for 10 Minutes. Take out of Oven and Serve!
