Roasted Broccoli with Fresh Garlic and then Smothered in Cheddar Cheese is a Favorite Delicious Side Dish in our House!

Broccoli is one of our Favorite Vegetables! We love them as a Side, or in Pastas and Rice Casseroles. Roasting them has become the only way we eat our Vegetables, Because it adds so much Flavor and the Texture is not Mushy! No Boiled Vegetables on our Table! Our Garlic Roasted Broccoli with Lots of Cheese is just one way we prepare Broccoli and one of our Favorites! For More Side Dish Ideas, Click Here!

3. Now Sprinkle all the Cheddar Cheese on top of the Roasted Broccoli. We like to use Parchment paper because the Cheese will not stick and it becomes Crispy. Roast in the Oven at 375 Degrees F. for 10 Minutes. Take out of Oven and Serve!
