Roasted Curry Brussels Sprouts Ingredients:
16 Ounces Fresh Brussels Sprouts
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tablespoon Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
2 Teaspoons Ground Curry
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Roasted Curry Brussels Sprouts Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Nonstick Baking Sheet. Next, prepare the Brussels Sprouts by cutting them in half lengthwise and them put them on the Baking Sheet. Now add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Fresh Minced Garlic, Ground Curry, Salt and Black Pepper.
TIP: You can leave the Brussels Sprouts Whole, Just let them Marinate more and add 10 – 15 Minutes of more Roasting Time!
2. Next, Mix up all the Ingredients on the Baking Sheet making sure all the Brussels Sprouts are coated. Then, Flip all the Brussels Sprouts Cut side up and spread them out evenly on the Baking Sheet. Let the Brussels Sprouts Marinate for at least 20 Minutes.
3. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Roast the Brussels Sprouts for 30 – 35 Minutes. You want the Brussels to be still a little firm and Not Mushy. No Need to Flip the Brussels over during Roasting.
