Our Chicken Leg Quarters are Deliciously Seasoned with Sweet Balsamic Vinegar and Ground Curry that also has a sweet Flavor. We recently started experimenting with Ground Curry and Love it. The Curry Seasoning has lots of Healthier Ingredients like Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander and Ginger! We also Love our Fresh Garlic, the Chicken Leg Quarters soak right in to it. Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Chicken Time: 20 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 50 Minutes – 1 Hour
Serves 4

Roasted Curry Chicken Leg Quarters Ingredients:
4 – 5 Chicken Leg Quarters Skin On
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
4 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Ground Curry
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Roasted Curry Chicken Leg Quarters Instructions:
1. First you will need a Baking Sheet. Next, add Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Fresh Minced Garlic to the Baking Sheet. Stir around the Ingredients on the pan, make sure the Garlic and Olive Oil coat the bottom of the Baking Sheet. Now, Place the Chicken Leg Quarters, Skin Side up, on the Pan with Olive Oil and Garlic.
TIP: We Put the Garlic under the Chicken, so the Garlic doesn’t Burn. Also gives loads of flavor!

2. Now in a Bowl, Add Balsamic Vinegar, Ground Curry, Salt and Ground Black Pepper. Mix up the Marinade then Pour it over the Chicken Leg Quarters. Use a Spatula to spread the Marinade all over the Top of the Chicken Leg Quarters. Next, Marinate for 20 Minutes to let the Marinade soak in to the Skin.
3. PreHeat Oven at 400 Degrees F. Roast the Curry Chicken Leg Quarters for 50 Minutes to 1 Hour. Do not Flip the Chicken over, you want Crispy Skin and Juicy Meat. When the Chicken is done, Take a Brush and Dip it in the Juices and Brush the Top of the Chicken for even more Delicious Flavor!
