Roasted Dill Lemon Chicken Thighs Ingredients:
8 – 10 Chicken Thighs Bone In Skin On
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 Cloves)
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Teaspoons Dried Dill Weed (4 Tablespoons Fresh Dill Weed)
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Roasted Dill Lemon Chicken Thighs Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Baking Sheet, Put all the Chicken Thighs on the Pan, Skin Side Up.
TIP: You can take the Skin Off if Preferred, the Marinade will still be Delicious!
2. Next, In a Bowl, Add Fresh Minced Garlic, Lemon Juice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dill Weed, Salt and Black Pepper. Mix up the Marinade really well. Now Pour the Marinade over the Chicken Thighs. Then Flip the Chicken Thighs Over and then Back over with Skin Side up, making sure to get the Dill Lemon Marinade all over the Bottom and Top of the Chicken Thighs.
Marinate the Chicken Thighs for 20 – 30 Minutes.
3. PreHeat Oven at 400 Degrees F. Roast the Dill Lemon Chicken Thighs for 40 – 50 Minutes or until Done. No need to Flip the Chicken Thighs, the Skin will be Crispy and the Chicken will be Juicy.
