Roasted Vegetables are our Favorite way to Prep and Eat Vegetables, including Asparagus! We like to try different Marinades and this one is a Soy Sauce Marinade! The Ingredients of Soy Sauce, Garlic, Sesame Oil and Ground Ginger give these Vegetables a Chinese Food Flavor! Roasted Soy Sauce Asparagus Ingredients:
1 Pound Asparagus Spears
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 cloves)
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger
1/2 – 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Roasted Soy Sauce Asparagus Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper. Add the Asparagus Spears, Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, Ground Ginger and Ground Black Pepper to the Baking Sheet.
2. Next, Mix up the Ingredients and Spread the Asparagus Spears evenly on the Baking Sheet. Let sit and Marinate for 20 Minutes.
3. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Roast the Asparagus for 15 – 20 Minutes just until you see Roasted outside. These will have some Crunch, these are Not Mushy.
