Roasted Soy Sauce Corn On The Cob Ingredients:
8 Mini Corn On The Cob Frozen or Fresh
5 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (About 2 Cloves)
1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Roasted Soy Sauce Corn On The Cob Instructions:
1. First, You will need a Baking Sheet. Put the unthawed or Fresh Corn on the Cob on the Baking Sheet, Evenly Spaced. Next, in a Bowl, Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Fresh Minced Garlic, Ground Ginger, Ground Red Pepper and Ground Black Pepper. Mix up the Marinade really well. Now, with a Pastry Brush, Brush the Marinade on one side of the Corn on the Cob, then Flip the Corn over and Brush the rest of the Marinade on the Corn. Let sit and Marinate for 20 Minutes.
2. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Put the Marinated Corn on the Cob in the Oven for 20 Minutes. Then Flip the Corn Over and Roast for 10 – 15 More Minutes.
