Roasted Soy Sauce Yellow Squash Ingredients:
3 Medium Yellow Squash
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 Cloves)
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Roasted Soy Sauce Yellow Squash Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Baking Sheet lined with Parchment Paper. Next, Cut the Yellow Squash in to Chunks. Slice the Squash in Half Lengthwise then Cut in to 1 Inch Chunks. Add the Cut Yellow Squash to the Baking Sheet.
2. Next, Add Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Ground Ginger and Ground Black Pepper to the Baking Sheet of Yellow Squash. Mix up Everything, Evenly Coating Each Yellow Squash Chunk. Spread the Squash making sure they are not on top of each other. Let Marinate for 20 Minutes.
3. PreHeat Oven at 375 Degrees F. Roast the Yellow Squash for 40 – 45 Minutes. These will not be Mushy and will have a Roasted Flavor.
