Roasted Tex Mex Green Beans Ingredients:

1 Pound Fresh Green Beans
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 Cloves)
3 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Roasted Tex Mex Green Beans Instructions:

1. First, You will need a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper (unless you have a Good Nonstick Baking Sheet). Put the Fresh Green Beans on the Baking Sheet, Next Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Minced Garlic, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt and Ground Black Pepper to the Pan of Green Beans.

2. Next, Mix up the Green Beans with all the Ingredients, making sure all the Seasonings are Coating the Green Beans. (We do this with our hands, but you can also put all the Ingredients in a Bowl with a Lid and Gently shake the Bowl). Spread all the Green Beans evenly on the Pan, Try not to Overlap them to much. Now, Let the Green Beans Marinate on the Pan for about 15 Minutes.

3. PreHeat Oven at 375 Degrees F. Roast the Green Beans for 25 – 30 Minutes. When they are done, they will be slightly soft on the inside and Roasted on the outside. The Green Beans will look a little wrinkled but they are not Mushy. Take out and Serve!
