Soy Sauce Ginger Cucumber Salad Ingredients:
2 Cucumbers (we use Hot House Cucumbers, Also known as English Cucumbers)
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 Cloves)
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
2 Teaspoons Sesame Seeds
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Soy Sauce Ginger Cucumber Salad Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Bowl with a Lid. Now, Cut the Cucumbers in Half Lengthwise, Then cut the Cucumbers in to 1/2 inch Chunks. Put all the Cucumber Chunks in the Bowl.
2. Next, Add Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Ground Ginger, Sesame Seeds and Ground Black Pepper to the Bowl of Cut Up Cucumbers.
3. Now, Mix up the Ingredients, Make Sure all the Cucumbers are Coated with the Marinade. We put the lid on and shake the Bowl to Mix the ingredients. Then put the Bowl of Cucumbers in the Refrigerator to Marinate for 1 Hour, then Serve!
