Installing a Steer Stabilizer is not that hard, but still has its issues. We replaced our Steering Stabilizer because just taking the factory one to replace the gears pretty much destroyed it. While the steering stabilizer won't fix the death wobble, it will help mask it, but if this is your issue you should look at all your steering components.
