So what are we making today babe? We are gonna make some roasted corn on the cob
0:04
This one's fresh corn. I usually do it with frozen but I had a chance to get some fresh so
0:11
for a good price so I'm gonna do it with fresh and it's gonna be a it's gonna be a curry flavor
0:17
marinade. So we're gonna put the ingredients in first. I'm gonna make it up in this and then
0:24
brush it on. So we're gonna do two tablespoons of garlic
0:43
and I'm gonna put some olive oil on it so that just makes it juicier and it doesn't stick to the pan
0:54
Let's see if I can do this without rocking. We're kind of rocking right now. Here's the lines. Not as bad as the other day. Oh that was horrible
1:05
One, two, three. I usually do four but I don't think we need four
1:20
because um don't want it to be too greasy but we're doing seven
1:30
This recipe is for about six to eight corns. Depends on what you have
1:39
And we're gonna do two teaspoons of curry. I want this to have some flavor
1:54
I'm gonna put a little salt in. Just one teaspoon. Don't want to overdo it. I usually have my thing that I can dip in but oops
2:15
And some ground pepper. I'm gonna do about a teaspoon of that if I can get it going because it's a brand new bottle
2:27
Oops. Yeah it's a little tough. I haven't broken it in yet
2:38
Okay. Move that out of the way so you can see what I'm doing in my little tiny kitchen
2:48
So I'm just going to mix it up with this um this brush that I'm going to use
2:59
Yeah that looks about good. And then we're just going to start brushing it on
3:11
I'm going to also flip them over and brush the other side as well. The rocking may flip them over for you
3:33
Really saturating that one. Yeah I think that was a perfect amount of marinade. No leftovers
3:51
And we're going to let them sit here for about 10 minutes just to kind of marinate some of that
3:56
flavor in there in between the corns and the kernels. And then we're going to roast them
4:05
Okay so it's been about 10 minutes and I forgot to tell you guys to make sure you pre-heat your
4:09
oven for 350. Now we're going to stick them in for 15 minutes and then we're going to flip them
4:16
and then do another 15 to 20 minutes. So let me open up my oven. So
4:36
and we start. Now we're gonna flip it but make sure you turn back on your own
5:11
They smell good. Oh yeah. They smell like a curry. I got it on my face
5:33
Okay now we're going to stick these back in for 15 minutes. I don't think we need an extra five
5:52
So turn it up to the 15
6:06
Start. Move it back. Stop. Definitely roasty
6:22
Smells good too. So this is our roasted curry corn on the cob. Go check out my other ones too. They're delish
