Roasted Curry Corn On The Cob Ingredients:
6 – 8 Mini Corn On The Cob Fresh or Frozen Unthawed
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic ( about 2 cloves)
2 Teaspoons Curry Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Roasted Curry Corn On The Cob Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Baking Sheet. Put the Corn On The Cob on the Baking Sheet evenly Spaced. In a Bowl, Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Minced Garlic, Curry Powder, Salt and Ground Black Pepper. Mix up the Marinade and Brush on each Corn on Both Sides. Marinate for 15 Minutes.
2. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Roast the Corn On The Cob for 15 Minutes then turn the Corn over. Roast the Corn for another 15 Minutes. Roasted on the outside with Juicy Kernels!
