Roasted Curry Corn On the Cob is Marinated with Curry Powder, Fresh Minced Garlic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil then Roasted in the Oven! The Curry adds a little Sweetness with Roasted Corn Flavor, Delicious!

Roasted Corn On The Cob is the best way to eat Corn, in our opinion! Marinating with different flavors makes the Roasted flavor even better. The Flavor of Sweet Curry enhances the Sweetness of the Corn! We like to call it our own version of Street Corn. We also have many other Roasted Vegetable Recipes as well as More Corn On The Cob, Check them out Here!
