Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 30 Minutes – 1 Hour
Oven Temperature: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 50 Minutes – 1 Hour

Roasted Chicken Breast and Potatoes Ingredients:
3 – 4 Chicken Breast
6 Potatoes (any type of Potatoes)
1/4 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/8 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 4 cloves)
3 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 1/2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons Salt
TIP: Read the Measurement Instructions, We Marinate the Chicken Breast and Potatoes Separately!
Roasted Chicken Breast and Potatoes Instructions:
1. First, is to prepare the Chicken Breast. You will need a Baking Sheet and then put the Chicken Breast on the Pan. In a Bowl, Add 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, 2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic, 2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin, 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder, 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper and 1 Teaspoon of Salt. Mix the Ingredients and then pour over the Chicken Breast and turn the Chicken Over a couple of times to Coat them really Good. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Next, is to prepare the Potatoes. Cut the Potatoes in to 2 inch Cubes and put them in a Bowl. Add 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic, 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin, 1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper and 1 Teaspoon of Salt. Mix the Potatoes and Marinade together, Making sure all the Potatoes are Coated. Marinate until the Chicken Breast are done Marinating. 
3. After the Chicken Breast and Potatoes are done Marinating, add the Potatoes to the Pan of Marinated Chicken Breast. Make sure not to stack them on the Chicken so everything Roast evenly.
4. PreHeat Oven at 400 Degrees F. Roast for 50 Minutes to and Hour. This will depend on how Big your Chicken Breast are and how long they will take to Cook thoroughly.
