Corn Boat Dip, also known as Corn Crack Dip is a Creamy, Cheesy Corn Dip full of Mexican Flavors with a Hint of Spice! 

A perfect Party Dip to serve with Tortilla Chips, Crackers and Pita Chips! You might want to double the recipe for a bigger crowd, this Dip is a crowd Pleaser!

Corn Boat Dip Ingredients:

8 Ounce Package Cream Cheese Softened
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic (about 2 Cloves)
1 Small Red Onion Diced
1 – 15 Ounce Can Whole Kernel Corn
3 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Dried Cilantro (1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro) 
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper 
1 Teaspoon Salt 

Corn Boat Dip Instructions:

1. First, you will need a Bowl for Mixing. Next, Add Package of Cream Cheese, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Minced Garlic, Diced Red Onion, Can of Whole Kernel Corn, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Dried or Fresh Cilantro, Ground Black Pepper and Salt to the Bowl.

2. Mix up all the Ingredients really well, making sure the Cream Cheese is Thoroughly Mixed in with the Ingredients. Put a Lid on the Bowl and Put the Dip in the refrigerator for at Least 2 Hours. This Dip, you can make the Day before and Refrigerate, the flavors marinate even more! Serve With Chips, Crackers and Pita Chips!
