Bilge Pump Replacement On Inboard Boat EP #5 || Bayliner Bowrider 175

2K views Jun 10, 2022

Figured while we had the engine torn down in our inboard outboard boat, it was the best time to replace the bilge pump on this sterndrive Bayliner. The bilge pump started smoking when we were washing the boat out and filled the bilge with water. It was a scramble to get it unplugged so it would not damage any wiring more than it was. This is a dirty job, but a must to keep water out of the boat when it is in the ocean. If you want to see the new bilge pump in action stay tuned for the next video. We will install and run a larger bilge pump because we really don't want to sink. Follow along as we breath new life into this 2004 Bayliner Bowrider.
