Boat Bilge, Preparing for Fiberglass EP #11 || Bayliner Bowrider 175

I think sanding Boat Bilge and Stringers is the most uncomfortable part of the restore of this 2004 Bayliner Bowrider 175. We don't think that the new floor will leak water, but if it does we don't want the stringers to rot. Fiberglass is amazing, but installing it has to be the hardest part of this boat restore. I would not wish this part of the project to anyone! The protection you have to wear is so hot, but if not worn during this boat restore the fiberglass is very itchy and not really good for your lungs. Our next boat project I don't think I want to do a floor again but it is great that I have done it. Really nice to know how to prepare and lay up fiberglass for a boat project.
