In this Mashed Potato Recipe, we leave the Red Potato Skin On and Mash them up with Butter, Sour Cream, and Fresh Minced Garlic! Our Creamy Mashed Sour Cream Red Potatoes tastes like Steakhouse Potatoes and are so Good, Serve these with anything!
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Stove Top Temperature: Bring to Boil then Simmer
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes (or until the Potatoes are soft)

Creamy Mashed Sour Cream Red Potatoes Ingredients:
3 Pounds Petite Red Potatoes unpeeled (about 9 - 10 Big Red Potatoes)
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 cloves)
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
