Sailing Into Cocoa Village: Anchoring Our Sailboat After Leaving The Marina! | Ep 15
So we left Cape Marina on our sailboat to start our adventure in Cocoa Village and hang on anchor for a bit. This will be our first stop of many on the ICW, and we step into a more nomadic life. To get our sailboat to Cocoa Village, there are going to be many first. The first thing is we have never captained a vessel this big, nor had to worry about the mast of a sailboat going under bridges. We have never called to draw bridges or lots to negotiate passage. Follow us in the video and tell us how we did. 00:00 Intro 01:08 Our First Draw Bridge Leaving Cape Marina 03:44 Our First Lock Leaving Cape Marina 10:31 Can Our Sailboat Clear The Bridge 13:33 My Babe Is Nervous About Our Keel Depth 16:39 What Is My Baby Cooking 18:06 Taking Our Dinghy Out For The First Time š¢ Our Website: https://www.chrisdoeswhat.com/ š¢ See Our Recipes: https://www.dininginwithdanielle.com Tools I Love: š Milwaukee 18-Volt Drill and Impact Driver Kit https://amzn.to/366BwxM š Husky Mechanics Tool Set https://amzn.to/3kuGUzD š iCrimp Ratcheting Crimping Tool https://amzn.to/3uv7u6i
