Installing an O2 sensor, if not rusty, very easy! If it is rusty, spray it down with some lubricate before you try to break the o2 sensor loose. Other than that this has to be a very easy sensor to replace. The reason we replaced our O2 sensor is because of an OBD error code of 52 "A rich air/fuel mixture has been indicated by an abnormally rich correction factor". This means that the O2 sensor is detecting an abnormal mixture, which means the sensor could be faulty, or something else is causing the lean condition. When this happens the ECU will put the Jeep in limp mode and greatly reduce your performance.
