Pico De Gallo - Dining in with Danielle

Cucumber Pico De Gallo Ingredients:

2 Cucumbers Peeled and Seeded
1 Red Bell Pepper Seeded
1 Medium Red Onion
3 Tablespoons Minced Garlic (about 3 Cloves)
3 Tablespoons Lemon or Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon Dried Cilantro or 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped Cilantro
2 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Cucumber Pico De Gallo Instructions:

1. First, You will need a Bowl. Next, Peel the Cucumbers and take the seeds out, Then Cut up in to Small Bite size Cubes and then add to the Bowl. Now, Chop up the Red Bell Pepper and Red Onion and add to the Bowl. Add the Minced Garlic, Lemon or Lime Juice, Cilantro, Salt and Black Pepper to the Bowl.

2. Mix up all the Ingredients really well. Put a Lid on the Bowl and Refrigerate for 30 Minutes to Marinate the Seasonings. This is a Party size Portion, You can always half the Ingredients for Smaller Portions. Serve with Tortilla Chips, Pita Chips and Crackers!
