Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Spears are Marinated in Sweet Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic then Wrapped with Turkey Bacon! We then Roast them in the Oven for a Delicious Side Dish!

Asparagus is one of our Favorite Vegetables! We like to Marinate them and Roast in the Oven or Grill them. Another Favorite way is Bacon Wrapped after Marinating the Asparagus and then Roast them! Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Spears Ingredients:

15 – 20 Asparagus Spears
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic
3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Package of Turkey Bacon

TIP: If you are using Pork Bacon, You might not need Olive Oil because Bacon is Greasy!

Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Spears Instructions:

1. You will need a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper (unless you have a nonstick Pan). Put the Asparagus Spears on the Pan, then add Fresh Minced Garlic, Balsamic Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt and Ground Black Pepper. Mix up the Ingredients on the Pan, Making Sure to Coat all the Asparagus Spears.

2. Next, Cut the Bacon Strips in Half Lengthwise (if you want more Bacon Wrapped around the Asparagus, use the whole Bacon instead of cutting it). Start Wrapping each Asparagus Spear with a Strip of Turkey Bacon and lay them on the pan. Make sure not to stack the Asparagus on top of each, have room in between the Bacon Wrapped Spears.

3. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Roast in the Oven for 30 Minutes. Your Turkey Bacon will be Crispy and the Asparagus Spears will have a Slight Crunch.
