Baked Tex Mex Chicken Legs Ingredients:
3.5 Pounds Chicken Legs Skin On (about 12 Legs)
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 4 cloves)
4 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
4 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Baked Tex Mex Chicken Legs Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Bowl for Marinating the Chicken. Add Chicken Legs, Lemon Juice, Fresh Minced Garlic, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt and Ground Black Pepper.
2. Now, Put the Lid on the Bowl, Shake the Bowl to Mix up all the Marinade and Coat all the Chicken Legs. Let Marinade for 30 – 40 Minutes. Next, you will need a Baking Sheet, Add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the Baking Sheet. Put the Marinated Chicken Legs on the Baking Sheet. Then use a Basting Brush to Brush the rest of the Marinade on the Chicken Legs.
3. PreHeat Oven at 400 Degrees F. Put the Chicken Legs in the Oven and Bake for 40 – 50 Minutes. You don’t need to Flip them over but you can if you want to. When done, take out of the Oven.
