Refrigeration Chill Time: 1/2 – 1 Hour
Serves 6

Creamy Dilly Cucumber Salad Ingredients:
4 Medium Sized Cucumbers
1 1/2 Cups Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 cloves)
3 Teaspoons Dried Dill Weed (about 3 Tablespoons of Fresh)
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Creamy Dilly Cucumber Salad Instructions:
1. First, you will need to prepare the Cucumbers. Start by Peeling the Skin off the Cucumbers, then cut them in Half and then the Halves in to 1/2 inch Chunks. Put all the Cucumber Chunks in a Bowl with a Lid.
TIP: If you don’t want the Seeds in the Cucumber Salad, Scrape the Seeds out, We actually like the Seeds!

2. Next, add Yogurt, Fresh Minced Garlic, Dried Dill Weed or Fresh Dill Weed, Salt and Ground Black Pepper in the Bowl with the Cucumber Chunks.
3. Now, With a Spoon, Mix up all the Cucumber Salad Ingredients really well, Put the Lid on the Bowl and Refrigerate for 1/2 – 1 hour. After the Cucumbers have marinated in the Ingredients, there will be some extra liquid, just stir it in for a really Creamy Cucumber Salad!
