Creamy Sausage Kale Tortellini Pasta is Full of Cheese Tortellini Pasta, Roasted Seasoned Kale, Sausage and Yogurt for a Creamy Delicious Meal!

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 35 Minutes (Sausage)
Roasting Time: 15 Minutes (Kale)

Creamy Sausage Kale Tortellini Pasta Ingredients:

1 – 1 1/2 Pounds Tortellini Pasta (we used Frozen)
5 Sausages (we used Turkey)
8 Cups Fresh Chopped Kale
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 4 cloves)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Cup Yogurt

Creamy Sausage Kale Tortellini Pasta Instructions:

1. First, Preheat the Oven at 375 Degrees F. You will need a Non-Stick Baking Sheet with 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil, Then put the Sausages on the Baking Sheet and Roast for 20 Minutes. (Don’t Flip yet)

2. While the Sausage is Roasting, Next is to prepare the Kale. In a Bowl, Add Fresh Chopped Kale, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Minced Garlic, Salt and Ground Black Pepper. Mix up all the Ingredients and let Marinate while the Sausage is Roasting.

3. During this Time, Start Boiling a Pot of Water for the Tortellini Pasta. After the Sausage has Roasted for 20 Minutes, Take out of the Oven. Next, Flip the Sausages over and Move to one side of the Baking Sheet. Add the Marinated Kale to the other side of the Pan, Put back in the Oven and Roast for 15 Minutes. Take out when done for next step.

Cook Tortellini Pasta according to Package Instructions, Drain when done and put back in the Pan.

4. Next, Cut the Sausages in to Circles and Add the Roasted Kale and Sausages to the Pan of Tortellini Pasta. Then Add the Yogurt and Mix all the Ingredients Together, Make sure not to Break the Tortellini Pasta. Ready to Serve!
