This Creamy Black Bean Pasta was created when we had leftovers of our Slow Cooker Meatless Black Beans and we added it into Pasta! Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Pasta Cooking Time: About 7 – 12 Minutes (Follow Directions on Pasta Package)

Creamy Black Beans Pasta Ingredients:
16 Ounce Package of Pasta (we use Penne but you can use Macaroni, Spiral etc)
2 Cups Yogurt
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 4 cloves)
3 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons Salt
2 – 15 Ounce Cans Black Beans (Plain, No Seasonings)
Creamy Black Beans Pasta Instructions:
1. First, Cook the Pasta according to the Package Directions, then Drain and put in a Pan for next step. Then, Add Yogurt, Fresh Minced Garlic, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Ground Black Pepper, Salt and Drained Canned Black Beans.
2. Now, Mix up all the Black Bean Pasta Ingredients really well. No need to cook this again, Let sit for about 20 minutes if eating this Warm or Put in the Refrigerator, Covered for a Cold Pasta Salad, Delicious!
