Soak Beans: 1 Hour
Slow Cook Time: 3 – 4 Hours (All Slow Cookers cook differently, adjust time according to your Cooker!)
Serves: 6 – 8 People

Creamy Slow Cooked Baked Beans Ingredients:
1 Pound Northern White Beans or Navy Beans
3 1/2 Cups Water
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 Teaspoon Salt or to Taste
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Creamy Slow Cooked Baked Beans Instructions:
1. First thing to do, Soak the Beans. In a Bowl, add the Dry White Beans and enough Water to cover. Let Soak for 1 Hour.
(Soaking your Dry Beans before cooking them allows them to expand and Cook evenly in the Slow Cooker!)
2. Next, Drain the Beans after soaking and Rinse them. Add the Beans and 3 1/2 Cups of Water in to the Slow Cooker, Cook on Low for 2 – 3 Hours! (The Photo Below shows you what the beans will look like when ready to add Ingredients!)
TIP: At this Point, we haven’t added any Ingredients yet. Cooking the Dry Beans with No Salts or Sugars helps the Beans cook all the way through and break through that tough Skin!

3. Now it is time to add the Flavors! Add Fresh Minced Garlic, Balsamic Vinegar (This is what makes these Beans Sweet!), Dry Mustard, Salt and Black Pepper!
4. Stir in the ingredients but try not to break up the beans too much. The consistency will be a little soupy. Now Slow Cook for another Hour. This is wear all the flavor starts marrying together and the Beans will get thick!
TIP: We Slow Cooked our Beans all together for 4 Hours on LOW! Our Cooker Cooks a little slow, some may only need 3 Hours of cooking with their Slow Cooker!
