Cutting the tongue on your trailer to allow an 18-foot boat to fit in the garage with swing-away trailer kit. There is no reason for a boat to be the only thing in your garage, the simple step will allow room for your car.
Stay tune in a later video where we install the swing hitch on this boat trailer. We are looking at different options for our boat trailer and there are many choices. There is bolt-on, weld-on, or we can just build the boat swing hitch ourselves.
