Mini Cheesy Broccoli Quiches Ingredients:
10 Eggs
2 Cups Chopped Broccoli (fresh or Unthawed Frozen Broccoli)
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Milk
1 – 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Mini Cheesy Broccoli Quiches Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Greased Muffin Pan. Then, chop up the Broccoli into bite sized Chunks (you can use Fresh Broccoli or Unthawed Frozen Broccoli). Next, put the Broccoli in the Muffin Pan Cups evenly. 
2. Next, in a Bowl, Add Eggs, Fresh Minced Garlic, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt, Black Pepper and Milk. Mix the Egg Mixture up really well, Don’t over mix, just enough for all ingredients to be blended. 
3. Now, Pour the Egg Mixture over the Broccoli in the Muffin Pan. Then Gently shake the Muffin Pan to get the Egg Mixture settled in to the Broccoli. Next Sprinkle the Shredded Cheddar Cheese on top of each Muffin.
4. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Bake the Mini Quiches for 20 – 25 Minutes. Let the Mini Quiches set and cool a little before Serving.
