Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Boiling Eggs: 15 – 20 Minutes

Pickled Dijon Deviled Eggs Ingredients:
8 Hard Boiled Eggs
3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
3 Sweet Gherkin Pickles Diced
1 Teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
4 Teaspoons Sweet Gherkin Pickle Juice
Salt Optional
TIP: Bring Eggs to a Boil in a Pan of Water, then Turn the Stovetop to Medium and Simmer the Eggs for 15 Minutes. When Done, Drain and Put the Eggs in Ice Water until Eggs are Cooled! This is how we do it!
Pickled Dijon Deviled Eggs Instructions:
1. First thing to do, Cut the Peeled Hard Boiled Eggs in Half Lengthwise and put them on a Plate. Put the Yolk in a Bowl for the next Step.
2. Next, Mash up the Egg Yolks with a Fork. Then add Diced Sweet Gherkin Pickles, Dijon Mustard, Dill Weed, Ground Black Pepper and Sweet Gherkin Pickle Juice. 
3. Now, Mix up the Egg Yolk Ingredients. Then start filling the Eggs with the Mixture. Then put the Deviled Eggs in the Refrigerator for about 20 Minutes so the Flavors can Marinate a Little.
