Serves 4

Roasted Balsamic Chicken Breasts Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 Cloves)
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Salt
Roasted Balsamic Chicken Breasts Instructions:
1. First, you will need is a Baking Sheet, then put the Chicken Breasts on the Pan. You can leave the Chicken Breasts whole or cut them in Half for Smaller Portions. Set aside for next step!
2. Next, in a small Bowl add Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Fresh Minced Garlic, Ground Black Pepper and Salt. Mix the Ingredients, then Pour the Marinade over the Chicken Breasts evenly. Flip the Chicken Breast over to get the Marinade on the other side, then Flip them back over. Let sit and Marinate for at Least 20 Minutes.
3. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Put the Marinated Chicken Breasts in the Oven for 15 Minutes. Then Turn the Chicken Breast over and Roast for 10 Minutes. Finally, Turn the Chicken Breasts over again and Roast for another 10 – 15 Minutes. When the Chicken Breasts are done, Take them out and let them Rest for about 10 Minutes before Serving.
TIP: If your Chicken Breasts are Bigger and Thicker, You will need to add additional time to make sure the Chicken is cooked through!
