Red Potatoes are one of our Favorite Potatoes, They have a Nice thin Skin and Creamy Potato Meat! Here is one of our Roasted Red Potato Recipe with lots of Marinated Flavors. Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 15 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 400 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 45 – 50 Minutes

Roasted Curry Dill Red Potatoes Ingredients: 

12 Small Red Potatoes or 6 Big Red Potatoes
3 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 3 Cloves)
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
2 Teaspoons Curry Powder
2 Teaspoons Dried Dill Weed (about 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Dill Weed)
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Roasted Curry Dill Red Potatoes Instructions:

1. First, Cut the Red Potatoes into about 1 Inch Cubes and Put them On a Baking Sheet. Next Add, Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Curry Powder, Dried Dill Weed, Salt and Ground Black Pepper to the Cut up Potatoes on the Baking Sheet.

2. Next, Mix up the Red Potatoes with the Ingredients with Your hands, Making sure all the Red Potatoes are Coated with the Seasonings. Then, Spread the Potatoes out on the Baking Sheet Evenly, so the Potatoes are not on top of Each Other. Let the Potatoes Marinate on the Pan for at Least 15 Minutes.

3. PreHeat Oven at 400 Degrees F. Roast the Red Potatoes for 45 – 50 Minutes or until the Potatoes are Done and have Brown on the Outside. No need to stir the Potatoes. If you cut the Potatoes Smaller, the Roasting Time will be Less.
