Roasted Tex Mex Corn On The Cob Ingredients:  

8 Mini Corn On The Cob Frozen or Fresh Corn
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Roasted Tex Mex Corn On The Cob Instructions:

1. First, In a Bowl, Add Unthawed Corn On The Cob or Fresh Corn, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Salt and Ground Black Pepper.

2. Next, Mix Up all the Ingredients, Making sure all The Corn on the Cob is Coated with the Tex Mex Marinade. Let the Corn On The Cob Marinate for at least 20 Minutes in the Bowl. After the Corn has Marinated, Place all the Corn on the Cob on a nonstick Baking Sheet or a Casserole Dish.

3. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Put the Marinated Tex Mex Corn on the Cob in the Oven for 15 Minutes. Then Flip the Corn over and Put them back in the Oven for 15 – 20 Minutes Longer.
