Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 15 – 20 Minutes
Asparagus Roasted with Garlic Balsamic Ingredients:
25 Asparagus Spears (about 1 1/2 Pounds)
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 Cloves)
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 – 2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Asparagus Roasted with Garlic Balsamic Instructions:
1. First you will need a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper (if you have a non-stick Baking Sheet, you might not need Parchment Paper). Then wash the Asparagus and let them dry a little bit. Then put them on the Baking Sheet facing all the same way.
TIP: The ends of Asparagus can be a little tough, you can cut that part off if desired. We leave them on because the ends soften during Roasting!
2. Next you will add Fresh Minced Garlic, Balsamic Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt and Black Pepper to the Baking Sheet of Asparagus. Now toss all the ingredients together, this is easier to do with your Hands! Then even out the Asparagus on the pan.
3. PreHeat the Oven at 350 Degrees F. Then put the Asparagus in the oven to Roast for 15 Minutes. After they are done, the Asparagus will still have a little crunch to them and the Outside will be a Sweet Garlicky Roasted Flavor! You can Roast them longer if Desired!
