Bacon Wrapped Boneless Chicken Thighs are Marinated in Sweet Balsamic and Fresh Garlic then Wrapped with Turkey Bacon! Try this on Boneless Chicken Breasts and Tenderloins!

Boneless Chicken is always Delicious when Wrapped in Bacon! We like to Marinate ours in Balsamic and some Fresh Garlic then Wrapped with Turkey Bacon! Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Marinating Time: 30 Minutes
Oven Roasting Temperature: 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
Roasting Time: 35 – 45 Minutes

Bacon Wrapped Boneless Chicken Thighs Ingredients:

2.5 Pounds Boneless Chicken Thighs (about 7)
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 cloves)
4 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Turkey Bacon (14 Slices)

Bacon Wrapped Boneless Chicken Thighs Instructions:

1. First, you will need a Bowl with a Lid for Marinating. Start by cutting the Boneless Chicken Thighs in Half, Lengthwise and put them in the Bowl, this will make 14 strips. Now, add Fresh Minced Garlic, Balsamic Vinegar and Ground Black Pepper. Mix up all the Ingredients really well. Marinate for 30 Minutes.

TIP: This Recipe can Easily be Substituted with Boneless Chicken Breasts and Tenderloins!

2. Next, you will need a Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper (if you have a nonstick Pan, you might not need Parchment Paper). Now start Wrapping the Boneless Chicken Thighs Strips with Bacon and place them on the Baking Sheet. Continue until all the Chicken Strips are wrapped.

3. PreHeat the Oven at 375 Degrees F. Put the Bacon Wrapped Boneless Chicken Thighs in the Oven and Roast for 35 – 45 Minutes, Try not to over cook the Chicken or it will be Dry. Take out when ready and Serve!
