Simple Cheesy Vegetarian Quiche with No Crust! Serve this for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner!

Quiche is always a Meal that we make around our Home for Fast Meals! Our Vegetarian Cheesy Collard Greens Crustless Quiche is One of our Quiche Creations we Make Often. We love Collard Greens and add them to a lot of our Recipes! They are healthy for you and they do not get Mushy like Spinach! Serve this up with some Potatoes, if you need some Potato Side Dish Ideas, we have lots of Delicious Recipes!

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Oven Temperature: 350 Degrees Fahrenheit

Cheesy Collard Greens Crustless Quiche Ingredients:

6 – 8 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
2 Tablespoons Fresh Mined Garlic (About 2 Cloves)
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Cup Shredded Collard Greens
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 – 2 Tablespoons Butter for Greasing the Pan

Cheesy Collard Greens Crustless Quiche Instructions: 

 1. First thing to do, prepare the Quiche Pan. Take about 1 – 2 Tablespoons of Butter and Grease the pan really well. Eggs like to stick, so we coat the pan with a generous amount of Butter. Now add the Shredded Collard Greens to the Buttered Pan, set aside until next step.

2. Next in a Bowl, add Eggs, Milk, Fresh Minced Garlic, Salt and Black Pepper. With a Fork or a Whisk, Mix the Egg Mixture really well. Then Poor over the Pan of Collard Greens evenly. Shake the Pan a little so the Egg Mixture will coat the Collard Greens Evenly. Now Sprinkle all the Cheese on Top.

3. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Bake the Quiche for 40 Minutes. When it is done, Let the Quiche cool a few before Cutting Slices.
