Makes About 20 – 24 Meatballs

Cheesy Tex Mex Meatballs Ingredients:
2 Pounds Ground Turkey (you can also use Ground Beef or Chicken)
1 Cup Oatmeal Old Fashioned (not instant or Quick oats)
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Eggs
4 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic
3 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
3 Teaspoons Salt
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cheesy Tex Mex Meatballs Instructions:
1. PreHeat Oven at 350 Degrees F. Next, You will need a Baking Sheet and Add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the Pan.
Now, in a Bowl, Add Ground Turkey, Old Fashioned Oatmeal, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Eggs, Fresh Minced Garlic, Ground Cumin, Chili Powder, Ground Black Pepper and Salt.
2. Next, Mix up all the Ingredients and Make about 20 Meatballs and put them on the Baking Sheet with the Olive Oil Evenly Spaced.
TIP: Put Olive Oil all over you hands before Mixing the Meatballs, Prevents the Ingredients from sticking to your hands!

3. Now, Put the Meatballs in the Preheated Oven for 30 Minutes. Then, Flip the Meatballs over and Roast for 15 More Minutes.
