Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Serves 6 – 8

Chunky Spicy Guacamole Ingredients:
4 Avocados
1 Onion
2 Big Jalapenos or 4 Small
3 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Cilantro
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 cloves)
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Chunky Spicy Guacamole Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Bowl. Next Add Chopped Avocado, Onion, Jalapenos (make sure to take the seeds out before chopping), Fresh Cilantro, Fresh Minced Garlic, Lime Juice, Salt and Ground Black Pepper in the Bowl.
TIP: We don’t Mush the Avocado because we like Chunks in our Guacamole. Just Chop in to Chunks and when Mixing, some of the Avocado will Mush up and Create a creamy Chunky Dip.
2. Now, Mix up all the Guacamole Ingredients, making sure you don’t Mash up the Avocados, keep most of Chunks Chunky for a Delicious Avocado Flavor! Serve Immediately! You can put a lid on the Bowl and Refrigerate but some Browning from the Avocados might Happen, doesn’t affect the Flavor. Although the Lime Juice really helps prevent too much Browning!
