HOA not the Boss of Us, Florida State Law for Flags on Your Home.

We just put the biggest flag Florida State law “Statutes 720.304“, will allow and it looks good! Our flag is 4 1/2 feet by 6 feet as shown below, but this is bigger than the HOA will allow. We love to show our national pride, are both Army veterans and have one son in the military as well. We really hated that our HOA only allows what we thought was a micro flag, in our opinion this was not going to work good thing Danielle saw an article stating Florida flag regulations trump HOA. So now we wait and see if the HOA will bother us over our flag, or they update the community regulations.
