Horseradish Soy Sauce Cucumber Salad Ingredients:
2 Cucumbers (we use Hot House, Also known as English Cucumbers)
2 Tablespoons Fresh Minced Garlic (about 2 Cloves)
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Prepared Fresh Grated Horseradish
1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Horseradish Soy Sauce Cucumber Salad Instructions:
1. First, you will need a Bowl with a lid. Now, Cut the Cucumbers in Half Lengthwise, Then cut the Cucumbers into 1/2 inch Chunks. Put all the Cucumber Chunks in the Bowl.
2. Next, Add Fresh Minced Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Prepared Fresh Grated Horseradish, Ground Ginger and Ground Black Pepper to the Bowl of Cut up Cucumber.
3. Now, Mix up the Ingredients, Make Sure all the Cucumbers are Coated with the Marinade. We put the lid on and Shake the Bowl to Mix the Ingredients. Then put the Bowl in the Refrigerator to Marinate for 1 Hours, then serve!
